No farm is complete without a collection of dogs! Yes, 6!

This sweet boy got his name because when I found him at the shelter, I reserved him, and they put our last name on him.  It just sort of stuck! He is a smart and sweet little man who has earned his AKC Canine Good Citizen certification. His favorite things are playing fetch, watching the rabbits sneak past his yard, and his Kong toy filled with peanut butter! 

Greta failed as a livestock guardian dog but is winning at life! She loves people too much to spend all of her time out with the goats. She is gentle with every creature but loves human babies and her Mama the most! 

This gentle giant kept showing up at our farm. We would contact his owner to pick him up, and then he would end up back here again. Eventually, his previous owner allowed us to keep him. His favorite things are peanut butter, scratches, and following his Mama anywhere she goes. 

The unsure-est of the unsure. The sissiest of the sissy la-la's. Here is Waldo the Border Collie. This breed is supposed to be smart and fierce. We got the one that has nothing behind those eyes and is terrified of life. Ok, ok, so he is actually smart, but he sure does make you think he isn't! 

Gabe is your all around good boy. He loves all his people and all of his animals. He especially loves anything in "baby" form. Goat kids, calves, chicks, humans, doesn't matter, if its small and vulnerable, Gabe is your man! 

Michael is the enforcer of loud barking to ensure that nothing wants to come close to the goat pen. Although the older girls like to push him around, the young goats are friends with him. Michael has the nickname "Make-out Mike" because this boy is all about the kisses!
